Summer Release Gig

Write it down. Commit it to memory. Put it on the calendar. Seriously...get it tatooed on your damn arm if you have to. The summer release gig for the club is happening on Saturday, June 19 (and we're going back to an after-hours affair)! We're super stoked to be teaming up once again with our good friends Daniel & Bri Cortez (from IGNIS Provisions) for a club release that we're pretty sure you're gonna dig.

For starters (and to get the housekeeping stuff out of the way), we're ditching the three separate seatings concept. Now don't get me wrong...it was fun to mix things up a bit and it really helped us manage some of the chaos associated with the past year or so. That said, it was a ton of work and we're ready to get back to someting closer to an actual party. So now that more of us have had both shots - and things are starting to reopen at a much faster pace, we're going back to basics.

Now that you know what you're getting yourself into...let me tell ya what you can expect. The Chefs Cortez will put together four small bites - each paired specifically with one of the four wines being released. So...what you're really getting is - in essence - a food and wine pairing exclusively for members of the club. And the best part (and let's face it...this is a pretty sweet deal already)...there's no charge for members (and their plus-one) to attend! It's just our way of saying thanks...
