Wine Camp

From vineyard to glass, this half-day, hands-on experience will give a limited number of "campers" a behind the scenes look at how we make wine. After meeting up at the winery (where you'll score a sweet t-shirt), we'll head out to one of our local vineyards - where we'll meet the grower and learn about everything that goes into growing quality fruit. From there, we'll make our way back to the winery and spend some time talking about what happens after the grapes show up (i.e. crushing, destemming, fermentation, pressing and aging). With that knowledge in hand, you'll have a chance to "build" your very own blend (it is a winemaking experience after all). Then we'll gather 'round the bar for a one-off wine and cheese pairing. Now before you ask...we've got the transportation piece covered...so all you have to do is show up and have a blast!
