Wine Camp

From vineyard to glass, this half-day, hands-on experience will give a limited number of "campers" a behind the scenes look at how we make wine. After meeting up at one of our local vineyards (where you'll score a sweet-ass t-shirt), you'll get to meet the grower and learn about everything that goes into growing quality fruit. From there, we'll make our way back to the winery and spend some time talking about what happens after the grapes show up (i.e. crushing, destemming, fermentation, pressing and aging). With that knowledge in hand, you'll have a chance to "build" your very own blend (it is a winemaking experience after all). Then we'll gather 'round the bar for a one-off (socially distant) wine and cheese pairing. Reserve your spot at camp for just $95 per person (or $115 if you're not in the club).
