now pouring

So these are some of the wines on the bar in the tasting room right now. The goal is to keep at least six on at any given time and we like to change things up on a regular basis (so don't be surprised if one of your favorites suddenly disappears...more on that later). We offer up a few different options when it comes to tastings. There are two ready-made lists (the "usual" along with the "unusual" suspects) that allow you to sit back and let things happen. Or there's a self-guided tour (aka "treat yo self") that lets you build your very own tasting - based on what you're in the mood for. Regardless of which option you choose...your tasting fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle.

Here's the deal...we don't make a lot of any one wine. In fact, most of our "lots" are between 50 and 100 cases...and tend not to stay on the bar for much more than a month or two (if they even make it there in the first place). So what does that mean for you? At the risk of sounding like someone hawkin' used cars, it means you should buy it if you like it. Every wine that we make is kind of like catching lightning in a bottle. We will never make the same wine twice (even with the same fruit - from the same vineyard - treated exactly the same)...and when it's gone, it's gone.
