We've "pined" over this grape for years...and finally got the planets to line up. Front loaded with stone fruit and citrus (on the nose and palate), the wine's "fleshy-ness" and bright acidity keep things crisp and refreshing. The finish sticks around for a bit longer that you might expect.
Thanks to a series of odd coincidences, blind luck and a guy named Ryan, we ended up with the opportunity to work with what has become our favorite white grape out there. Not exactly how we drew it up, but we're stoked to have this in the line up. After harvest and fermentation (all in stainless steel), the wine was aged for eight months. The final alcohol content is 11.8% by volume and a total of 81 cases were produced.
